February 4, 2014 fitness

I got a 7 on the beep test. I am slightly disappointed in myself because I know that I could have gone longer and higher

Wall thouches level 5
Push-ups 0
Plank 45 seconds
Balance board: 9 touches in 30 seconds
Wall without jumping 220
Wall with jumping 250
T-test 12.9 seconds

  3. Good job, I hope you improve, I'm pretty disappointed in my results as well, dw, we all have that moment, I think it's great that you have evidence to show your T Test time. Keep it up.

  5. I think you can do better if you tried more. Checking your heart rate to see how your actually doing. Keep up the good work :)

  7. Instead of being disappointed, try to make a goal for the next time we do the beep test. Also why not try to figure out why you got 7 instead of what you wanted to get. Good job !!!

  9. I think that you should think of all the reasons why you didnt get as high of a score as you thought you would so that you can improve for next time

  12. I like how you included how you felt about this beep test. You should try to elaborate on this and make some goals for yourself. What level do you want to get next time? How will you achieve this goal?
